Returning or Exchanging Your Order is Easy
We’ve made returns and exchanges simple. Just send your items back within 30 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge for customers
in the US, UK, and EU countries. For all other locations, a 25 USD
return shipping fee applies.
We offer multiple return options - simply log in to our Returns Portal and follow the steps below.

Returns Portal
1. Open the Returns Portal and enter your Order Number and Email Address.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and select if you would like to proceed with a return or exchange.
3. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail (UK), USPS (US) or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Drop Off Point. You can find your nearest drop-off point in the returns portal.

You can return your items for a full refund, exchange them, or opt for a gift card. Just ensure that your return is made within 30 days and that the products are in their original condition.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order, as long as the items are in their original condition.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. The money will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
No, you don’t need to place a new order. You can use our returns portal to exchange your items. Simply follow the steps and select the item you'd like to exchange for.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your order has already been processes, we won’t be able to make any changes. You can either place a new order or use our returns portal to exchange your items.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it or refund any shipping or return fees.
