1) WILD LOCI LTD is registered at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, referred to in these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions as "LØCI", is responsible for the Promotional Codes.

2) These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promotional Codes.

3) The instructions on how you can redeem a Promotional Code are included in the communication to you notifying you of the Promotional Code (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). Promotional Codes are only valid for a limited period of time as specified in the communication to you and they cannot be used outside that time period.

4) These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions are additional to the LØCI Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any LØCI products. You can navigate to the footer at the bottom of this page to access LØCI's Terms of Sale.

5) The Promotional Codes are only redeemable online at lociwear.com in the countries expressly indicated in the "eligibility" section of the specific T&Cs. To apply a Promotional Code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the LØCI product where specified during the online checkout process. Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders of LØCI products.

6) Promotional Codes can only be used by you and are non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promotional Code may be used for more than one order of LØCI product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotional Code.

7) Promotional Codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Promotional Codes are not for resale, have no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for them. You cannot use more than one Promotional Code to purchase a product but if you buy more than one product in the same purchase, you can use a different Promotional Code for each product. In this case, you will not be able to choose which promo code applies to which product since, between multiple applicable promos, the most beneficial one for you will apply automatically.

8) If you return any LØCI products purchased with a Promotional Code at lociwear.com, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotional Code is multi-use, and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the original Promotional Code.

Single-use Promotional Codes which have already been used cannot be used again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.

9) All orders of LØCI products placed using a Promotional Code are subject to availability of that LØCI product.

10) Improper use of the Promotional Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions and entitles LØCI to prevent you from using or benefiting from any Promotional Codes.

11) To the extent permissible by the applicable law, LØCI shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotional Code.

12) LØCI reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend Promotional Codes at any time, on reasonable written notice to you. However, if there are serious grounds for LØCI to do so, then LØCI may withdraw or amend, in its reasonable discretion, the Promotional Code without prior notice to you if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity). This section will not apply to Promotional Codes that have already been used.

However, these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
